TS3 Storage

TS3 Storage was formed when founder Barrie was searching for somewhere locally to store his personal goods and noticed that many self storage businesses were fully booked.

With his own land available in Middlesbrough and seeing a demand for self storage in his area, Barrie launched his own business in 2022, choosing Cleveland Containers as his supplier following recommendations from our customers.

TS3 storage have chosen to adapt its containers to offer a variety of sizes to their customers and provide easier ways of entering the units.

They have opted to create smaller units for customers who only need to store a limited amount of goods and do not require the entire space of a shipping container. This allows their customers to choose the unit that is the right size for them, and for the business to obtain a larger customer base and revenue stream as they are maximising all the available space.

The site features:

20ft stores with traditional shipping container cargo doors
40ft containers partitioned into four 10ft units with electronic roller shutter doors
40ft containers partitioned into seven 5ft units with heavy duty personnel doors

The team is planning to install steps and ramps to the containers that are sited on higher land, and there is space remaining to continue expanding the site in line with customer demand.

I originally met Barrie in early 2022 at our depot in Middlesbrough as he was keen to set up a new storage facility in Middlesbrough. Barrie placed a large order with us soon after for 20ft & 40ft one trip containers and started up TS3 Storage. TS3 Storage is now a regular customer of ours, and have created an impressive self storage site in Teesside which has grown rapidly over the last twelve months.
