EMS is a third party management platform that gives independent and smaller self storage operators the equivalent back end of a larger operator. The company offers a dynamic range of expertise in operations, marketing, financial management and customer relations and manages more than 15 brands.

Over the last few years, the self storage industry has adapted and developed profitably at a fast pace. Catching the eyes of many young entrepreneurs and capital investors, it seems like a successful investment. But without the proper guidance, it could lead to a company’s loss in expenditure.

Like many others in the storage sector, our guest didn’t plan on having a career in self storage. But after a job offer from a friend, he has now paved his career, developing a profitable organisation that has helped numerous self storage owners internationally.
