Following our first successful webinar last year, Cleveland’s own marketing director, Lewis Pennicott, will be one of the key speakers in this years’ webinar. Lewis has been with Cleveland for over nine years and has advised many self storage operators to help them grow. Drawing on his knowledge and diverse network, he has developed BOX+, a one-stop service for self storage operators.

The Founding Director of ET Planning, Emily Temple, will be joining Lewis. ET Planning is an independent planning consultancy established in April 2017. Emily has over 20 years’ experience in planning, within both the public and private sector, and has contributed to successful approval of many self storage sites.
