1. Quote Sent:
You now have your quote along with some specification sheets on the container(s) you have requested prices for. Please review this information and ask us any questions you may have.

2. Quote Approval:
You are happy to proceed with an order, great! Your sales representative will now confirm some information with you to ensure an easy delivery. You will be asked about site access and any potential restrictions. We may ask for photos of your site and in some cases recommend a site visit from one of our approved hauliers before your delivery day.

3. Invoice:
All the boxes are ticked on your order so our accounts team can send you your invoice!
4. Payment Received:
We’ve received your payment, thank you! The transport team will now assign your order to one of our approved hauliers and inform you of a delivery date. Now sit back and relax!
5. Pre Delivery Day:
Our transport team will be in touch the day before to reconfirm your delivery so there are no surprises when your haulier turns up. Our deliveries are all day appointments unless you have specifically paid for a time slot.
6. Delivery Day:
Your order is on its way! Make sure your site contact has their phone handy in case our haulier needs to call for any reason.
7. Post Delivery:
Your containers have arrived on time and safely. You’ll receive a review request from us the following week - we’d love to hear your feedback!
