Introducing Our Shiny New Employee Benefits Package

We want to live up to the title of ‘Company of the Year 2022' by supporting the wellbeing of our team. We really want everyone to feel excited to come to work, and we think it’s super important that we recognise hard work and dedication. 

So, what are we offering? 

We’re carrying over all the benefits our team had already, including our Vitality Health Insurance plan, pension contributions, and 25 days paid time off (PTO). We know our team values their current benefits, so we kept them!

On top of our current benefits plan, we’re now adding: 

Group Life Assurance 

We care about our employees, but we care just as much about their families. Group Life Assurance means our team’s families are covered in the event that one of our employees passes away. 

Cycle to work  

Employee mental health matters. Cycling to work is a great way to promote healthy lifestyle habits, whilst also saving our team money in the long run. 

Tree Planting 

As a way to protect the planet and improve our carbon footprint, we’re introducing a tree planting initiative to our benefits offering. Our employees can now contribute to our very own Cleveland forest through Ecologi!
